Today is your second recovery day make sure you weigh yourself first thing in the morning as you’ve been doing all trainer and adjusting accordingly. 

In today’s video, I’m going to share some tips for your photoshoot prep. I suggest cutting out the salt you add on to your diet to prevent fluid retention.  Also don’t over train excessively, excess cortisol and inflammation can also lead to water retention.  This can give you that watery look when we want to be dry and lean for these pictures.
