How did you get started in bodybuilding?
To begin, I used to be very overweight and had developed eating disorders. I didn’t know anything about nutrition and thought if I just stopped eating I would lose weight – I was very unhappy with the way I looked and how I felt. At some point I saw pictures of fit and healthy girls on Instagram and decided to change my lifestyle. Then the process began with trail and error. There were plenty of mistakes I made as a beginner, the majority was through my diet, I didn’t know how or what to eat. I thought if just ate healthy that would work. Also, as a beginner I used to spend hours doing cardio and more cardio before learning the importance of getting into lifting weights. After discovering my new passion for weightlifting I started studying bodybuilding pages and learning about training & nutrition from Ben Pakulski podcasts.
