HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN BODYBUILDING?
When I was 14 years old I weighed only 130lbs at 6'0". I dad bought me a Weider bench and Arnold's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. One year later and 30lbs heavier Flex Magazine published a picture of my progress and the fire was lit. Now at 40 years old, and a father of 4, I am in the best shape of my life. Always natural.

WHAT IS OUR DIET LIKE?
I eat very clean year around. It has become a lifestyle and is easy for me now. I bring in nutrition (food, snacks, shakes) 7-8 times a day even when I am cutting. I am eating something every 2-2 hours upon waking until I go to bed. My protein is high (~300 grams), moderate carbs that I manipulate depending if I am cutting or gaining), and low fat. Then I give myself 2-3 cheat meals a week.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TRAINING ROUTINE?
I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in program design. I love designing programs, doing them myself, and then releasing affordable e-books so all can experience great results. So I don't have a typical routine because it changes drastically every 4-6 weeks. I typically lean towards one major body part a week and lots of volume.

TOP 3 EXERCISES?
Weighted chins (150lb DB), Incline DB Curls, and Sumo Deadlifts.

HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED?
I am a highly motivated person in general. When I do get a little down as everybody does eventually I stick to the regiment and take the "feelings" out of it. I eat and train relatively the same time every day so I just stick to schedule. I also have a great support group of family, friends, and followers who keep me going.

FAVORITE MEAL?
Pizza of course. I am known to eat entire large pizza's myself right after physique contests.

FAVORITE TYPE OF CARDIO?
Recumbent biking 2:1 intervals or a nice jog.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART and WHY?
My arms because they have always been my strong point.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO USE? (AND REGIMEN)?
I use Kaged Muscle products exclusively. I take Pre-Kaged with 2 extra scoops of Citrulline and 1 scoop of Creatine HCL 20-30 minutes before workouts; In-Kaged with 1 extra scoop of Citrulline 20 minutes into my workout; Re-Kaged with 1 scoop of Creatine HCL immediately after my workout; Hydracharge with 1 scoop of Glutamine and 1 scoop of BCCA's during lunch (1 hour after workouts) and another matching mixture after dinner.

WHAT IS YOUR OTHER FAVOURITE HOBBIES BESIDES FITNESS?
Music is my other passion. I am a bass player for the Christian rock band Pillar. I also love spending time with my kids.

WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TIPS YOU WOULD GIVE OTHERS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE A TOP PHYSIQUE?
Consistency over perfection. Consistency with your nutrition and training. When you get off track don't think about quitting. Think about getting right back on it.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE TO DESCRIBE YOUR WAY OF THINKING?
"No Wimping", this is a Wittig classic.

WHERE WILL YOU BE IN 5 YEARS?
My physique at 45 will be leagues better than now at 40. My platform to educate and motivate others will have increased 50 fold. I will have helped hundreds of thousands of individuals across the world better themselves.
