HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN BODYBUILDING?
I got started into bodybuilding because of one of my best friends (Josh Foca) we wrestled together in high school and after we graduated he was always in the gym. I looked up to him and still do, I wanted to get in shape and he took me under his wing. Together with the help of a few other friends (Ryan Lyons) we created workouts that worked for me. The love for bodybuilding has only grown since.

WHAT IS OUR DIET LIKE?
My diet is eating in a surplus at the moment trying to grow and put on some quality mass. I use Nutrition Solutions as my meal prep company with the CEO Chris Cavallini as my brother and mentor eating about 4-6 meals daily.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TRAINING ROUTINE?
Typical training routine would be hitting chest and back two times a week trying to gain in that area and hitting shoulders, arm, and I have come up with ways to work my "legs" and lower back.

I stay motivated by my supporters and the positive vibes they shower me with. The messages and emails I get saying I've impacted their lives in such extreme ways, that's what keeps me motivated. So thank you to my supporters you guys are my world.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO USE?

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART and WHY?
My chest because at the moment while writing this my chest isn't symmetrical and I want to look back when it is and see how far I've come. Chest is the main body part I focus on to try and clean up my symmetry.

Penne and Vodka sauce

FAVORITE TYPE OF CARDIO?
Wrestling

WHAT IS YOUR OTHER FAVOURITE HOBBIES BESIDES FITNESS?
Other than fitness my favorite hobby is hanging out with my crew and surrounding myself with positive vibes and probably eating food ;)

WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TIPS YOU WOULD GIVE OTHERS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE A TOP PHYSIQUE?
Consistency is key, to stick with your diet and training intensity for months and years that's what it takes. Nothing great happens overnight. Rome wasn't built in a day...

WHERE ARE WILL YOU BE IN 5 YEARS?
At the pace we are progressing I have no idea where I will be all I know is the goal is to be a monumental figure not just in the fitness industry but the world. Being one of the top motivational speakers in the world.
