Banana Blueberry Protein Ice Cream

This protein-packed recipe makes a serving for one person and is the perfect, guilt-free treat to cool off on those hot summer days.

 

Ingredients

1 medium banana, frozen

200 g frozen blueberries

150 ml unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop chocolate Micropure Whey Isolate Protein

2-3 strawberries, sliced

 

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix it until smooth, adding almond milk until desired consistency.
2. Place in a bowl and garnish with fresh strawberries (optional).
3. Serve.
