KM Innovator Chris Ashford [IG @chrisashforduk] utilized a minimal amount of ingredients to create this protein ice cream. What came from his hard work is a sweet treat allowing you to hit your macro goals.

Oh, and on top of it, it tastes absolutely amazing.

 

The Recipe

Time from fridge to plate: ~15 min
Makes approximately 1 bowl of ice cream

Ingredients:

1.5 scoops of Vanilla (or favorite flavor) Kasein
100g of frozen strawberries
1 tsp of Guar or Xantham Gum
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Steps:

1. Place all the ingredients within the blender
2. Mix all ingredients inside the blender for approximately 45-60 seconds.
3. Once all ingredients are mixed together, pour into a bowl.
4. Place the bowl into your freezer for approximately 20-30 minutes (or longer).
5. Enjoy!
