This PRE-KAGED Sport Slushie can be created utilizing a minimal amount of ingredients. What comes of it is a sweet, icy, refreshing treat allowing you to get pumped for your workout.

Oh, and on top of it, it tastes absolutely amazing.

 

The Recipe

Time from fridge to plate: ~2 min
Makes approximately 1 pre-workout

Macronutrients (per serving):

Ingredients:

1 scoop of PRE-KAGED Sport
1 cup of ice
3/4 cup of water

Steps:

1) Pour all of the ingredients into a blender.
2) Blend until a full slushie consistency is reached.
3) Enjoy!
