Overview:Week 8

Well guys, this is it—the final week of our eight-week transformation journey to bring our best bikini-ready body to life. I can’t believe two months has flown by so quickly!

First of all, congratulations on making it to this point with me! There’s a lot to be proud of when you set a plan and stick to it. I truly hope that this journey has been fun for you and that you’ve learned new things about yourself along the way. Also, that some of the new lifestyle habits we’ve been practicing are going to stick with you forever—meal prep, training, cardio, and the proper use of supplements to support your body. These things are part of my everyday life, whether I’m trying to get beach-ready or not. I feel healthier and happier with these habits firmly in place.

Now, just because it’s our last week doesn’t mean it’s time to slow down! I look at it the exact opposite way, actually. We’re totally comfortable with this training plan, and know what our body has been capable of, so let’s push things extra hard this week and make it really count. Let’s finish this journey as strong as possible!
