I've been in the health and fitness industry since 1994. I competed in 3 NPC figure competitions and went on to become a professional boxer, ranked #2 in the world. I fought all over the world from 2002-2010 at 154 lbs. After having my own MTV show called "MTV's MADE" in 2005, I went on to win the award of "New York's #1 Trainer" in 2008 and featured in Allure magazine. But about 10 years ago, I started to get FAT! Even though I was an elite level athlete, I started to really get FAT. I did some research and found out that it was my bullcrap diet making me fat. I changed my diet and went on to create the "Code Red LIFESTYLE" where people can lose 10% of their weight each month with real food, water and sleep. The Code Red Lifestyle exploded and I went from being on Idaho state food stamps to $10 million in less than 4 years. I've written several books and have an award-winning podcast. Code Red has 50 employees.
My biggest roadblock in my fitness journey has not been "fitness" but rather my diet. I love working out. I love being in the gym. I love running, riding, hiking, yoga, snowboarding. But there's no way you're gonna see my abs if my diet is crap. So learning how to navigate my diet has been the hardest part and probably is for everyone reading this.

Mango. Anything MANGO.
I'm already a superhero. Have you seen my mohawk? LOL! I JUMP outta bed at 5 AM every single day FIRED UP. Nothing stops me. I'm excited to spread the message of hope and healing to the world. I feel good. My body is healthy, strong. I have incredible energy! I'm leaner and stronger at 44 than I was at 24. I love my job and my employees. I have a cool husband, an awesome dog and a new Tesla. What the heck more could I ask for?
