I am originally from Brazil and moved to the USA about 10 year ago to pursue a career in dance. Along the way I started working out to supplement my dance training not knowing how I would fall in love with health and fitness. I transition from performing into a full time fitness instructor and personal trainer. I enjoy being active and healthy. I love what I do and enjoy helping others in their own fitness journeys.
