Why did you decide to participate in the Project Inferno Fat Loss Trainer? What was that eye-opening moment?
I was preparing for an NPC Men’s Physique competition that I took 3rd and 4th place in! I used Project Inferno because I needed to break my routines with new workouts.
Why did you choose Fouad’s Project Inferno Fat Loss Trainer over other programs?
It was newly released and I was excited to change up my routine.
What Kaged Muscle supplements did you take during this trainer?
What Kaged Muscle supplement is your favorite and why?
Hydra-Charge because you can mix it in practically anything and it’s a beneficial alternative to other beverages.
Can you provide us with a 1-day sample of the diet you personally followed?
This was about 2 weeks out from the end of the program/stepping on stage:
Meal 1: 150 g egg whites, 4 slices bacon, 60 g spinach, 30 g tomatoes
Meal 2: 2 Oikos Triple Zero yogurts, ½ serving protein, 30 g SunButter
Meal 3: 150 g 90/10 ground beef, 90 g greens
Meal 4: 175 g skinless chicken thigh, 60 g quinoa, 60 g diced peppers
Meal 5: 150 g 90/10 ground beef or top sirloin, 70 g sweet potatoes, 130 g greens
Meal 6: 200 g skinless chicken thigh, 80 g strawberries, 90 g cauliflower
In your opinion, what is the best piece of advice that Fouad gave during the Project Inferno program?
Your mind will give out before your body does.
What aspects of this trainer challenged you most?
Mindless cardio. Just gotta do it.
What is your advice for others wanting to start this program?
It’s not easy, yet it’s for everyone, if you’re willing.
What are the top three songs that fired you up the most during the trainer?
That’s difficult. I’m a big EDM/hard rock guy, so I spent the majority of my time listening to EDM mixes by Kayzo, 4B, and Junkie Kid.
What strategies helped you overcome roadblocks in regard to family, social gatherings, diet, workout, and career during this trainer?
Plan ahead. Always bring your food with you to social gatherings or any event you know you won’t be home for your next meal. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
Have you done any other Kaged Muscle Trainers, either Kris Gethin’s or other athletes’? If so, which ones?
Of course! I have done every single one of Kris Gethin’s trainers. I have been following Kris Gethin for about 5–6 years now and have had the privilege to meet him twice. I love his morals and idolize his no-bullshit attitude.
