We want you and everyone a part of Team Kaged Muscle to know that we're doing everything in our power to help product our customers, employees and amazing community. Your safety is our top priority.

Shipping and logistics are in a constantly evolving state. While our carriers are still operating, updates remain fluid and may change on a day-to-day-basis.

That being said, we will continue to fulfill orders. Please allow up to 2-4 days for fulfillment as we continue to ship orders everyday!

AM I STILL ABLE TO ORDER FROM KAGEDMUSCLE.COM?

Of Course!  We are open and shipping orders regularly. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to process and ship. When placing an order from our site we recommend using an address that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access. 

ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have experienced an increase in online order volumes. We will continue shipping orders, uninterrupted. Please allow up to 2-4 days for your order to process.

Regarding international orders, due to recent changes of the rules and regulations of select courier services, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries

  • India
  • Saudi Arabia/Pakistan
  • Singapore
  • South Africa
  • Turkey
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Vietnam

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We understand that you may now need to adjust your delivery addresses. Unfortunately, our Support Team isn’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed.

SO WHAT IF I’M NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If you are unable to adjust your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded in full.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

We appreciate that it may not be as easy to return packages as it usually would, so we’ve extended returns to 60 days. If you have any issues when returning your items, please contact our support team here: https://www.kagedmuscle.com/pages/contact-km  

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND IF I AM PARTICIPATING IN A KAGED MUSCLE PROGRAM THAT REQUIRES A GYM? 

We understand that you have goals to achieve, and we’re here to help you achieve them. If you do not have access to a gym or equipment, we recommend checking out our 4-Week Train At Home Program! It provides you with everything you need to keep maintain your fitness routine, and still get in great shape, with little equipment, right in the comfort of home. We also have other workout-from-home content that you might find helpful
