Orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours for delivery 2-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location. A physical street address and a phone number are required for all shipments.
*All returns are subject to approval and it is the sole discretion of Kaged Muscle to determine if a return qualifies for a refund or exchange.
As soon as you place your order you will receive order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within one business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery of your package for domestic orders. International shipments may take up to 14 business days for delivery. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. Some international orders that take longer than the alloted timeframe are considered to be in customs and will process for delivery. However, if after 60 days your package has not delivered, we will work with you to have your package reshipped or refunded for the price of the items sold.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
Domestic orders from KagedMuscle.com are eligible to receive standard, expedited, or overnight shipping services. For all orders under $75, the charge is a flat $4.95. All orders over $75 will come with free standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are also available at additional costs.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) typically ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. Business days do not reflect weekends or US holidays.

Orders may take longer to deliver due to customs delays.
