Loading Phase: 20 g per day for 5 to 7 days (divided into 4 daily equal doses)
Maintenance Phase: 5 g per day, post-workout with protein shake
To determine dose based on body weight, we recommend taking: 0.3g per kg/day divided into 4 daily equal doses for 5 to 7 days. After loading phase, take 3g - 5g per day to maintain elevated creatine levels.
Mixing Instructions:
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 4 - 8 ounces of water, juice or Kaged Muscle® Hydra-Charge™ in a shaker cup. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds or until CreaClear™ fully dissolves.

Once you have followed the loading phase we suggest that you take CreaClear™ with your post-workout protein shake.
The most rapid way to increase muscle creatine levels is to follow the loading method as directed. However, even without loading, your muscle levels will eventually reach saturation - it will just take longer to achieve.
