I needed a little kick start to losing a few pounds and this product worked as advertise. I take it on an empty stomach about 20 - 30 min before a meal. I also use Pre-Kaged, with and without stim, Amino Synergy, and their fermented Glutamine. They taste great and are high quality. Once you try their products you’ll be hooked.

I've been using Kaged Muscle's L-Carnitine for a while now and my recovery has been noticeably improved! I'm in my forties and still put my body through the wringer but now find recovery is not a worry and I have the ability to go back and do it all again. Love Kaged Muscle products!!!
