You may know a little bit about my story, but let me provide my bona fides if you don’t. I won the Ms Figure Olympia title in 2017 and 2018, and I’m currently prepping for this show as I work on this program for you — and for me. Earlier this year, I won the Figure International title at the Arnold Sports Festival for the first time.
Previously, I was a contestant on Survivor, where I finished 4th. I lost due to a fire-making challenge. Otherwise, I may have won that million-dollar prize as well. So, let me just say that I’m super-happy that figure competitions don’t have fire-making challenges.
However, you still need to think about firing up your metabolism as you’re trying to sculpt your physique. I’m providing you with a full 8-week program that includes workouts, dietary guidance, and supplement recommendations. You’ll get my advice on how to make adaptations as you reach milestones at the end of each week. The key is to keep supporting your gains, while you also keep the fire burning to reduce body fat.
