Welcome to Krib Karnage my 4-week trainer. This program will not only get you in shape, keep you in shape and burn body fat, but it will also help push the boundaries of your fitness level and conditioning. If you are fairly inexperienced, then you will also gain muscle in the right places.
I designed this program to be performed as a stand-alone or as a supplement to your regular gym work. A home workout does not need to be easier or less intense than those performed at high-end gyms.
